Come join us for a Women’s Self Defense 2 Day Camp. Learn techniques that apply from everyday situations to the worst case scenarios. Learn what to do from standing or from the ground. This 2 day camp will include two three hour sessions. Day 1 will include Basic movements and drills to help escape out of most situations and Day 2 will include techniques to use on your attacker if needed. By the end of this camp you will gain confidence through the art of self-defense using Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques.
